Returns & Exchanges

At NutriHealth Solutions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Exchanges policy outlines the steps to return or exchange your product.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Process

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us to arrange an exchange. We will send the replacement item once we receive the original item.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items, such as perishable goods and gift cards, are not eligible for return. Please ensure that you review the product description for return eligibility before making a purchase.
